Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

At the Colston Family Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, we provide outpatient rehabilitation services to help with a speedy recovery. We also offer wellness services and fitness programs to promote health throughout our community. For those who have had a serious illness or procedure, we provide outpatient rehabilitation services with licensed therapist who treat a variety of conditions.

Physical Therapy

We treat children through seniors with functional mobility training to regain walking ability and improve other movement skills.

Speech Therapy

We work with stroke patients and people of all ages who have speech and communication disorders and swallowing problems. 

Occupational Therapy

We can help you regain the skills to participate in your normal daily activities, either at work or home. Training to help you with self-care, housework, shopping and other daily living activities to help you regain job-specific skills.
