I told Dr. Love of a strange sound I am hearing with and without hearing aids in place. When I shake my head, as when drying my wet hair with a towel, I hear a strange ringing (like an old phone ring). It stops when my head is still. It is not in the hearing aids; it is in my head! She suggests another hearing test which I will schedule when the next book of appointments opens up--July, I think.

The doctor was rushed and I felt she was just trying to get me out of the room.

Read the previous comment. My daughter was referred to Dr. Love. Her colleague did not come through for us. Loretta was not friendly when checking us in. One comment Loretta made was very offensive.

Everything that was gonna be done to me was told to so clear so I could understand. Everyone was so nice

I have seen here before when ENT was separate from Christus and was delighted to see her again. She was very helpful.

I haven’t had enough experience with Dr. Love to answer the other questions in this screen.

I highly recommend Dr. LOVE!

Dr. explained the reason for the delay but was rushed in our meeting.

The problem wasn't that she didn't explain herself. The problem was that she made it clear she would not waste her time helping me with my small and large cysts I was hoping she could remove without leaving scars on my neck and around my ears.

I will keep her as my ENT physician.

Overworked staff! Not enough help

I have a re-occurrence of a tumor in my parotid gland. I am very interested in understanding why it re-occurred after surgery two years ago. Dr. Love indicated she had never seen this kind of re-occurrence. She ordered a CT scan and she will review with me and discuss next steps at a later date.

The audiologist who conducted my hearing test was excellent and seemed to be less pressed for time and was more engaged with me than with the computer.

I told dr Love that I had experienced vertigo twice in the past two weeks. Her response was “ sorry to hear that”. No questions or any discussions. She was in a hurry to get out of there. One of the more unfriendly docs I have met in 68 years of life.

I was not an easy patient and the procedure was not comfortable but she was kind and very helpful

Dr. Love asked me if I had any questions about post care and I couldn't think of any but afterward I wished that she gave me something in writing to remember. I don't know how long to keep the vaseline and cotton ball in my ear. It's been a week now and I heard this morning from someone who told me that the growth in my ear is benign. Good news but should I keep applying vaseline and cotton ball to it? I forgot to ask her.

The doctor stated I needed a minor surgery and the admin staff told me I would be contacted to schedule. Its been over 20 days and I've never received a phone call to set up the procedure. I've called and left messages with no return calls.

Overall it was a pleasant experience the end result was even better bud put in a synopsis of how you should feel what you should expect I think it’s very important. Dr. love has done a lot of these surgeries and if she couldn’t calculate the most common symptoms after the surgery would be beneficial to the customer
